GROOM AWAY YOUR BACK PAIN
DO IT YOURSELF
Your back has been hurting for years, but lately, the pain is worse.
The pain specialists you’ve consulted didn’t help.
Now, you’re taking pain killers and thinking of an operation.
But wait! Human grooming techniques can free you from your pain.
When you were born, the skin that covers your back was only lightly folded and it would freely follow all your movements.
As you age, the folds increase in number and size to form a vertical,,, and horizontal grid.
The folds, but mostly their crossings, constrain and attach your skin to whatever lies beneath it.
Observe how the vertical center fold anchors the skin to the spine.
The skin fastens itself to the hip bones,,,, to each vertebrae,,,, to the scapula,,,, to every detail of the neck,,,, and even to muscle junctions.
Once the skin is attached, your movements and positions pull on it, and that’s what hurts.
FREEING THE SKIN WITH PRESS GROOMING
The only way to free the skin, and remove the pain, is to use grooming techniques to apply pressure strokes, to crush the folds and their crossings.
Pressure strokes are very easy to perform:
-Place your nail or fingertip on your skin and apply pressure for a few seconds.
-Release the pressure.
Repeat this gesture over and over on every aching spot on your back.
You can use your nail,,,, your fingertip,,,, or both,,,, and group up to four fingers together to get the work done faster.
GROOMING YOUR BACK PAIN
Your first task is to locate your pain precisely.
Every time you feel pain, try to place your nail exactly where it hurts and make a mental note of that position.
You want to free the skin by applying several pressure strokes on each aching spot.
Try to find the place that hurts the most and apply pressure repeatedly on it.
As you press your nail, you will feel the shape of the fold crossing.
It can be a depression,,,, a bump,,,, or a hardened structure.
You want to crush it, open it up and flatten it by repeatedly shoving your nail into it.
In some places, your nail may sink deeply into your skin.
When you feel that your nail is on a weak spot of the structure you’re grooming; don’t move and maintain the pressure for as long as you can.
Your skin is so badly folded, you’ll have to apply hundreds of pressure strokes just to free one spot.
However, you’ll feel the pain subside as soon as you start grooming it.
Try to groom several times a day, but for short periods.
If you work regularly and patiently, you can permanently free yourself from your pain.
Some people may have difficulties reaching their pain in some parts of their back.
If that’s the case, try doing it while lying down.
I rarely hurt myself while grooming my back, but if you do; stop working there until it heals.
You should also straighten the way you stand,,,, sit,,,, and sleep.
